About Dr. Carlos Martinez

Hi everyone, my name is Carlos. I’m in my mid 40’s and I live on the west coast of the United States. I wear many professional and personal hats. I’m a husband, dad, lover, trash taker outer. I’m also a first responder, mental health therapist, ministry servant leader, adjunct professor and a proud Doctor of Organizational Psychology. Oh and my kids call me their Uber driver. Wanna be geek (I love Linux!) I’m a firm believer that #MentalHealthMatters and that we all have a story to tell.
