About Frank van Oort

I am a professor in Urban and Regional Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. My research focuses on agglomeration, place-based policies and regional development. I am a research fellow at Tinbergen Institute and academic director of the Master City Developer. I like reading, medieval architecture and progressive rock music.
