About The Diabetic Flexitarian

I hail from beautiful Perth, a moderate-sized city on Western Australia’s Southwest coast. While not a WA native, I've lived here most of my life and Perth will always be home. I have great friends here and couldn't imagine living far from my family. Health concerns have prompted me to examine what I put into my body, and I’ll be sharing recipes, info, and articles about vegetarian eating and diabetes. Flexitarianism is a diet combining plant and animal foods, with a focus on vegetarian eating.
